Appendix C — Chronology, Historical Evidence and Testable Conclusions (DD)

This appendix places the historical and prophetic chronology of Decoding Daniel on one visible line. It distinguishes dates stated or securely anchored by the historical record, dates reconstructed from the narrative, prophetic calculations, authorial identifications, fulfilled endpoints, continuing developments, publicly anchored future tests, and personal-prophetic horizons.

A date does not become a fact merely because it completes an attractive calculation. An historical event does not become a prophetic fulfilment merely because it occurred at the desired time. The text, the kind of prophecy, the calculation, the event, and the stated conditions of verification must converge.

The historical record must remain intact even when it creates an objection.

A period stated by the prophecy must be distinguished from a date inferred through historical and prophetic correspondence.

My interpretation must remain identifiable as my interpretation.

I do not claim that the dates 2027 or 2031 were privately revealed to me through information unavailable to others.

If an inference is confirmed, the confirmation belongs to that claim. It does not make the interpreter infallible or superior to anyone else.

The Purpose of This Appendix

Appendix B asked what happened to the received textual sequence. This appendix asks a different question: what history does the restored text describe, and how can the proposed chronology be examined?

The answer requires several categories that must not be collapsed into one another:

CategoryMeaningExample
Explicit textual dateA regnal year, month, day, or sequence is stated in Daniel.The third year of Cyrus in Daniel 10.
Established historical anchorAn event or reign can be checked independently of the prophetic interpretation.The fall of Babylon in 539 BC.
Chronological estimateA date or age is reconstructed from several known points.Daniel was approximately eighty-one in 539 BC if he was about fifteen in 605 BC.
Historical reconstructionA model explains the textual and documentary evidence but is not directly stated by one external source.Darius the Mede governed Babylon regionally beneath Cyrus.
Prophetic identificationA symbol is connected with a continuing historical power.The Little Horn of Daniel 8 is Philosophy.
Explicitly measured prophecyThe prophetic text itself supplies a period whose endpoint belongs to the claim.The seventy weeks and the 2,300 evenings and mornings.
Calculated prophetic periodThe measured period is applied to an independently argued historical beginning.The seventy weeks run from 457 BC to AD 34; the 2,300 years run from the 281/280 BC boundary to AD 2020.
Certain event without an explicit periodThe prophecy announces an event as certain but does not state its date directly. A proposed time must therefore be inferred from other textual, historical, or typological correspondences.Revelation announces the fall of Babylon, while 2027 and 2031 are my inferred chronological horizons rather than dates printed in the prophecy.
Conditional prophecyThe announced outcome depends upon the response of the people addressed. Repentance may prevent or alter the threatened judgment.Prophetic warnings in which destruction follows continued rebellion but may be withdrawn when the people change.
Fulfilled endpointThe proposed period has reached an event already present in the historical record.The 1,260-year Papal period ends in 1798.
Continuing interpretationThe initiating event is identified, while its consequences remain in progress.The cleansing of the Sanctuary continues from 2024.
Derived public chronological horizonA proposed date is inferred from a publicly documented starting event and a prophetic-historical correspondence. The date belongs to the interpretation, not explicitly to the prophecy.I identify 2027 as the principal public horizon, seven years after the public beginning of the Seventh-Trumpet event in 2020.
Derived personal-prophetic horizonA proposed date is inferred from an authorial experience interpreted through a biblical correspondence. Its evidentiary status is necessarily more personal.I identify 2031 as the second possible horizon, seven years after my 2024 experience of eating the little scroll.
Open questionThe evidence establishes the problem or broad field, but not one final solution.The precise external identity of Darius the Mede.

This classification does not weaken the interpretation. It prevents the reader from being asked to accept one kind of evidence as though it were another. Most importantly, it distinguishes the certain announcement that Babylon will fall from my deductions concerning when that fall may occur, and it prevents 2027 and 2031 from being merged into one elastic window.

Part I — Chronological Rules

The Narrative Order Is Not Always the Historical Order

The present arrangement of Daniel does not proceed in one uninterrupted chronological sequence. Chapters 1–6 present court narratives extending from Nebuchadnezzar to the Persian transition. Chapters 7 and 8 then return to visions received during Belshazzar’s reign. Chapter 9 belongs to the first year of Darius, and Chapters 10–12 belong to the third year of Cyrus.

The book therefore contains at least two forms of order:

Narrative order: the order in which the chapters are now arranged.

Historical order: the order in which the dated events occurred.

The distinction is essential. Daniel had already received the vision of the ram, the goat, and Medo-Persia before the night on which he interpreted the writing for Belshazzar. He did not identify the next kingdom because a Persian soldier whispered the answer to him. The prophecy preceded the conquest.

No Year Zero

Chronology moves directly from 1 BC to AD 1. There is no historical year zero. Calculations that cross the BC–AD boundary must therefore subtract one year from the simple addition of the two numbers.

PeriodCalculationResult
Sixty-nine weeks457 + 27 − 1483 years: 457 BC to AD 27
Seventy weeks457 + 34 − 1490 years: 457 BC to AD 34
Two thousand three hundred years281 + 2020 − 12,300 years: the 281/280 BC boundary to AD 2020

The expression 281/280 BC requires explanation. The decisive historical boundary used in this book is the collapse of the remaining fourfold Hellenistic arrangement at Corupedium in 281 BC. The first complete year after that boundary can be expressed as 280 BC. For elapsed-year calculation across the BC–AD division, the event boundary in 281 BC reaches AD 2020 after 2,300 years. The two expressions describe the boundary and the first full year of the period; they must not be treated as two independent beginnings.

Symbolic Time Is Not Applied Mechanically

This book does not convert every day, month, or year in Daniel into another unit. A symbolic period must belong to a symbolic prophetic context and must correspond with the structure of the vision.

The year-day principle is applied to:

  • the seventy weeks of Daniel 9, where seventy sevens form 490 years;
  • the time, times, and half a time of Daniel 7 and 12, corresponding with 1,260 prophetic days or years;
  • the 2,300 evenings and mornings of Daniel 8, within a vision where animals, horns, directions, and actions represent extended historical powers.

It is not applied automatically to the 1,290 and 1,335 days at the end of Daniel 12. In the revised interpretation, those periods belong to the historical Antiochian crisis, while the exact event at each numerical endpoint remains unspecified by the text.

Three Different Relations between Prophecy and Time

Religions live from prophecy even when they avoid the word. They preserve promises, warnings, expected judgments, redemptions, appearances, kingdoms, returns, resurrections, restorations, and final transformations. Each concerns an event that had not yet occurred when it was announced. Yet not every prophecy relates to time in the same way.

1. Prophecies Containing an Explicit Measured Period

The seventy weeks, the time, times and half a time, and the 2,300 evenings and mornings belong to this first category. The duration is part of the prophetic statement itself. The interpreter must still identify the correct beginning, the meaning of the symbols, and the corresponding event, but the existence of a measurable period does not come from the interpreter.

In such cases, event and time belong together. If the proposed beginning is correct, the event must meet the calculated endpoint. A chronology that reaches the wrong historical moment cannot be preserved merely because its thematic interpretation remains attractive.

Where the prophecy itself supplies the period, fulfilment requires both the announced event and the announced time.

The 2,300-year interpretation belongs to this category. I identify the historical boundary in 281/280 BC and the endpoint in AD 2020. If that calculation and its historical correspondence are not valid, the chronological reconstruction must be corrected.

2. Certain Events Whose Time Is Not Stated Explicitly

Other prophecies announce an event as certain without giving a direct duration from which its date can be calculated. The fall of Babylon belongs to this category. Revelation declares that Babylon will fall, but it does not write that the fall must occur seven years after the Seventh Trumpet begins or seven years after the little scroll is eaten.

The event belongs to the prophecy. The proposed time belongs to interpretation.

The interpreter may still attempt to understand the time through sequence, textual details, historical correspondence, repeated prophetic patterns, and the relation between one event and another. Such a deduction is legitimate when it is stated honestly as deduction. It must not be presented as a date explicitly spoken by the text.

The years 2027 and 2031 belong to this second category. They are the only two horizons I can presently harmonise with the evidence available to me: the public beginning in 2020 and the little-scroll experience in 2024, read beside the Ezekiel and John correspondences. I accept responsibility for that reasoning. I do not claim that God privately supplied either date to me through information unavailable to everyone else.

If one of these inferred dates proves wrong, the inference is wrong. The prophecy that Babylon will fall has not thereby failed, because the prophecy itself did not state either date.

3. Conditional Prophecies

A third category contains warnings whose outcome depends upon the response of the people addressed. Judgment is announced because a path has consequences, but repentance can change the historical result. In such cases, the non-occurrence of the threatened destruction may demonstrate that the warning achieved its purpose rather than that the prophet spoke falsely.

These three categories must not be confused. An explicit period must meet its endpoint. A certain but untimed event permits responsible chronological inference without converting that inference into the wording of the prophecy. A conditional warning must be read together with the human response it seeks to produce.

The statement that the Son did not know a particular time does not mean that the Father lacks knowledge or is permanently forbidden to disclose what He chooses. In my understanding, God remains free to reveal a time when such disclosure serves His purpose. The interpreter must never invent certainty where God has not spoken, but neither may a religious system forbid in principle what Revelation itself may disclose.

Period, Endpoint, Sounding, Unsealing, and Final Destruction

Five events must remain separate:

TermMeaning in this book
End of a measured periodThe calculated duration reaches its historical boundary.
Beginning of the public prophetic eventThe event corresponding with the endpoint enters public history.
Duration of the soundingThe initiating event unfolds across a historical interval rather than existing only for one day.
Unsealing or understandingThe meaning of the symbol is recognised and the sealed relationship becomes intelligible.
Final destructionThe power itself is ended by God, not merely exposed or deprived of one measured form of domination.

Thus, the 2,300 years reach their boundary in 2020. In my interpretation, the Seventh Trumpet begins to sound through the global crisis that starts in that year. The public emergency phase continues until 2023. In 2024, the Little Horn is identified and the prophecy is unsealed. The cleansing of the Sanctuary continues after the recognition. The Little Horn is finally broken without human hand only at the end appointed by God.

These are connected events, not interchangeable names for one instant.

536 BCThe final encounter and vision in the third year of Cyrus.About 84Textual date correlated with Persian chronology; age estimated.

The ages depend upon one initial estimate: Daniel was approximately fifteen in 605 BC. The book does not state his age. Every later age should therefore remain approximate rather than becoming false precision.

The Babylonian Succession after Nebuchadnezzar

RulerApproximate reignRelevance to Daniel
Nebuchadnezzar II605–562 BCDaniel’s captivity, the dream, the golden image, and the seven-year crisis.
Amel-Marduk562–560 BCFirst ruler after Nebuchadnezzar; releases Jehoiachin and gives him a royal allowance.
Neriglissar560–556 BCReplaces Amel-Marduk after a palace coup.
Labashi-Marduk556 BCBrief reign ending in another coup.
Nabonidus556–539 BCOfficial king during the final Babylonian period; spends a prolonged interval away from Babylon.
BelshazzarPractical authority during Nabonidus’s reign; dies in 539 BCCommands the city and court in Daniel 5. Surviving inscriptions call him the king’s son, while Daniel calls him king according to the authority he exercised.

Nebuchadnezzar’s Seven-Year Crisis

In my chronology, the crisis belongs approximately to 570/569–563/562 BC. Several factors converge:

  • Babylon had reached the mature monumental form reflected in the king’s boast;
  • the principal western campaigns had passed their earlier phase;
  • the empire possessed a bureaucracy capable of continuing during the king’s incapacity;
  • the seven-year period had to end before Nebuchadnezzar’s death in 562 BC;
  • the story requires enough time for restoration, recognition by the nobles, and a final public testimony.

A real objection remains visible. A Babylonian tablet records an Egyptian campaign in Nebuchadnezzar’s thirty-seventh regnal year, approximately 568–567 BC, inside the proposed interval.

ConclusionStatus
A campaign against Egypt was recorded in Nebuchadnezzar’s name and regnal year.Demonstrated.
Nebuchadnezzar personally led the campaign while mentally healthy and publicly active.Not demonstrated by the surviving brief record.
A commander, regent, or palace government could conduct the campaign in the legal king’s name.Historically plausible and consistent with the temporary-transfer tradition, but not independently proved for this campaign.

The Egyptian campaign prevents an argument based upon total imperial inactivity. It does not require the abandonment of the proposed interval. The reconstruction remains possible because an ancient empire could act in the reigning king’s name while the ruler himself was removed from daily government.

Belshazzar and the Third Position

Nabonidus occupied the official throne. Belshazzar exercised practical authority beneath him. The highest rank Belshazzar could promise another person was therefore the third position.

First: Nabonidus, official king.

Second: Belshazzar, crown prince and practical ruler in Babylon.

Third: the position offered to the person who could read the writing.

Darius the Mede

The received narrative distinguishes Darius the Mede from Cyrus the Persian. Darius receives the kingdom, reorganises its administration, and is named in Daniel 9. Daniel 6 closes by saying that Daniel prospered in the reign of Darius and in the reign of Cyrus.

In my historical reconstruction, Darius was a regional ruler entrusted with Babylon and its dependent territory beneath the wider imperial authority of Cyrus. This explains why Darius can be called king within his jurisdiction, why he can reorganise the conquered administration, and why Cyrus remains the ruler of the wider imperial system.

The precise external identity remains unresolved. Ugbaru, Gubaru, Cyaxares II, Cambyses, Cyrus under another title, and an otherwise unattested Median ruler have all been proposed. None is treated here as demonstrated.

Uncertainty must remain honest: the absence of a universally accepted external identification does not permit the deletion of the ruler named by the narrative. It also does not permit one modern proposal to be presented as fact.

Part III — The Prophetic Architecture

Daniel 2 — The Imperial Image

SymbolHistorical powerFunction
Head of goldBabylonThe present empire of Nebuchadnezzar.
Chest and arms of silverMedo-PersiaThe divided but unified successor power.
Belly and thighs of bronzeGreeceThe empire that spreads across the known world.
Legs of ironRomeThe imperial order that crushes and reorganises the earlier world.
Feet of iron and clayPost-imperial divided orderPolitical strength combined with permanent fragmentation.
Stone not cut by human handsGod’s KingdomThe non-imperial authority that ends the complete human image.

The image is one human imperial body. Every kingdom claims durability, but each becomes material inside a larger structure that God finally judges. The stone is not another human empire using a superior army. It comes from outside the image and exposes the temporary character of all imperial claims.

Daniel 7 — Rome and the Papal Little Horn

PeriodInterpretation
Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, RomeThe four beasts repeat the imperial sequence in political-animal form.
Division of RomeThe ten horns represent the post-imperial powers arising within the Roman field.
AD 538Beginning of the 1,260-year Papal period in my reconstruction.
AD 1798French occupation of Rome and the breaking of Papal temporal domination.

The Papal Little Horn belongs to the fourth beast and must not be confused with the Greek Little Horn of Daniel 8. The Papal system institutionalises religious jurisdiction, while the earlier Greek horn supplies much of the philosophical language through which that jurisdiction is expressed.

Daniel 8 — The Greek Little Horn and the 2,300 Years

ElementInterpretation in this bookChronological significance
RamMedo-PersiaThe power conquered by Greece.
GoatGreeceThe Greek historical field.
Great hornAlexanderThe first king of the Greek imperial order.
Four hornsThe successor structureThe divided Hellenistic world.
Little HornPhilosophy as sovereign human EpistemeThe Greek-born power that survives the kingdoms and acts through later institutions.
281/280 BCEnd of the original fourfold successor arrangement and institutional rise of the Alexandrian intellectual orderBeginning boundary of the 2,300-year line.
AD 2020Public crisis exposing the global authority and limits of autonomous EpistemeTerminal boundary of the measured period.
AD 2024Identification of Philosophy and opening of the sealed relationshipUnsealing, not a new endpoint of the 2,300 years.

281 BC + AD 2020 − 1 = 2,300 years

The chronology does not begin with the founding of Philosophy as a human activity. Philosophical thought existed before Alexander. The prophetic boundary concerns the moment when the original fourfold Greek political arrangement reaches its decisive end and the intellectual authority carried through Alexandria becomes capable of surviving the kingdoms themselves.

Daniel 9 — The Seventy Weeks

DateEventFunction
457 BCArtaxerxes’s decree to EzraRestoration of Jerusalem’s public, legal, and religious order.
AD 27Baptism and anointing of JesusAppearance of Jesus Melek, the human Anointed King.
AD 31The Anointed One is cut offHuman authorities murder the Melek; God later vindicates him by resurrection.
AD 34CorneliusPublic end of Israel’s exclusive national covenantal status.
AD 70Destruction of Jerusalem and the TempleHistorical execution of the judgment already pronounced upon the house.

457 BC + AD 34 − 1 = 490 years

The seventy weeks form one consecutive period. No textual gap separates the final week from the first sixty-nine. Cornelius is identified as the endpoint because the event publicly removes the national boundary in the presence of Jewish and Gentile witnesses and is later examined at Jerusalem.

Daniel 10–12 — North, South, Distress, and Final Judgment

In my reconstruction, the King of the South represents the syncretic method associated historically with Alexandria: Revelation is retained, translated, interpreted, and absorbed into a philosophical-religious system. The King of the North represents the autonomous method: political and intellectual authority openly subordinates Revelation to the state, education, law, and human Episteme.

The two titles are not fixed permanently to one modern nation. They describe historical branches first made visible through the Ptolemaic and Seleucid worlds and then carried through later institutions.

Daniel 11 ends when the final northern order comes to its end without help. Daniel 12 follows with distress, judgment, awakening, and the promise that Daniel will stand. The exact relationship of the 1,290 and 1,335 days to the Antiochian crisis remains more secure than any attempt to extend them automatically through the year-day principle into the modern period.

Part V — Historical Evidence and Its Limits

Babylonian Evidence

The historical reconstruction uses several independent forms of evidence:

  • Babylonian chronicles concerning Nebuchadnezzar’s early reign, Jerusalem, and the fall of Babylon;
  • the Nabonidus Chronicle for Opis, Sippar, the entry into Babylon, and the Persian transition;
  • administrative texts naming Belshazzar as the king’s son and showing his practical authority;
  • the Cyrus Cylinder for Cyrus’s Babylonian policy and self-presentation;
  • the year-thirty-seven fragment recording the Egyptian campaign under Nebuchadnezzar’s name;
  • the Prayer of Nabonidus for an ancient Aramaic tradition of a king separated from society by a seven-year affliction;
  • Mesopotamian archives documenting astrologers, diviners, exorcists, scribes, and learned court specialists.

None of these sources reproduces Daniel’s narratives in full. That is not the standard required. The question is whether Daniel’s world, offices, successions, crises, and political arrangements belong to a real historical environment. They do.

Persian Evidence

Persian and Babylonian records confirm Cyrus’s conquest and the continuation of local institutions. They do not yet provide a universally accepted external identification of Darius the Mede. The correct conclusion is therefore mixed:

ClaimAssessment
Cyrus conquered Babylon in 539 BC.Established.
Babylonian administration continued under Persian control with adaptation rather than complete replacement.Historically supported.
Daniel’s 120 officials can belong to the regional jurisdiction of Babylon.Historically plausible reconstruction.
Darius was a regional ruler beneath Cyrus.Authorial reconstruction explaining the narrative distinction.
Darius can be identified with one named external figure.Unresolved.

Greek and Alexandrian Evidence

The Greek prophetic line is anchored by events independent of the interpretation:

  • the Persian wars and Xerxes’s invasion of Greece;
  • Alexander’s conquest and death in 323 BC;
  • the wars of succession and the rise of principal Hellenistic kingdoms;
  • the relationship between Ptolemy and Seleucus;
  • the dynastic marriages, Syrian wars, and Antiochian crisis described in Daniel 11;
  • the death of Lysimachus at Corupedium in 281 BC;
  • the rise of Alexandria as a royal, scholarly, scientific, and translational centre;
  • the production and expansion of Greek Jewish Scripture in the Alexandrian world;
  • later philosophical interpretation in Jewish and Christian theology.

These events can be established without first accepting the identification of Philosophy as the Little Horn. The prophetic identification is the interpretation placed upon the established historical line.

Roman and Papal Evidence

The Papal interpretation depends upon a continuing Roman field, not upon the claim that one institution suddenly appeared fully formed in 538. Relevant evidence includes:

  • the survival of Roman law, administration, episcopal prestige, and imperial religious models;
  • Justinian’s legislation and the political-religious authority attributed to the Roman bishop;
  • the removal of rival Gothic control from Rome;
  • the Papal claim to bind conscience, define law and sacred time, and speak with institutional authority for God;
  • the use of coercive power against dissent;
  • the French revolutionary seizure of Rome and removal of Pius VI in 1798.

The historical dates can be checked independently. Their application to Daniel 7 remains prophetic interpretation.

Modern Evidence

The interpretation of 2020–2024 uses public events rather than hidden experiences:

  • the worldwide pandemic beginning in 2020;
  • contradictory policies presented through the language of expert certainty;
  • global interruption of institutions, economies, education, worship, travel, and ordinary life;
  • the end of the WHO public-health emergency on 5 May 2023;
  • the author’s public reconstruction of Daniel beginning in 2024;
  • the continuing publication of the Mekorah audit and the separation of Revelation from philosophical and mythological layers.

The personal experience of discovery cannot prove the interpretation. The proof must remain in the explanatory power of the complete prophetic structure and in the history that follows.

Part VI — Testable Conclusions

How a Prophetic Interpretation Can Be Tested

A prophetic interpretation is not protected merely because some of its dates concern the past. It can be challenged at every stage.

Type of claimWhat could weaken or overturn it
Historical identificationThe proposed power fails the origin, sequence, actions, duration, or endpoint required by the text.
Chronological calculationThe starting event is wrong, the unit is misclassified, no-year-zero arithmetic is mishandled, or the endpoint lacks the required event.
Retrospective fulfilmentThe event was selected only after the fact, does not match the stated criteria, or depends upon redefining the symbol after objections arise.
Future predictionThe time window passes without the specified event, the sequence occurs in a materially different order, or the identified actors do not perform the stated roles.
Continuing processThe work produces increasing contradiction, requires arbitrary deletion, or fails to restore a coherent prophetic line.

Master Testability Matrix

The Little Horn of Daniel 7 is the Papal system.It rises from the Roman field, speaks great claims, persecutes, controls sacred time and law, and acts for a time, times, and half a time.Roman religious continuity; Papal political-religious authority; AD 538–1798.Fulfilled authorial identification.Weakened if another Roman-derived power fits the complete criteria and duration more precisely, or if the 538/1798 boundaries fail historically.
The Little Horn of Daniel 8 is Philosophy.It arises from the Greek field, grows by a power not its own, understands riddles, makes deception prosper, and attacks the Tamid, Sanctuary, and truth.Hellenistic expansion, Alexandria, translation, and philosophical control of Revelation across 2,300 years.Central authorial identification.Confirmed by explanatory power across Daniel 8–12 and Revelation; weakened if a different Greek-derived continuing power fits every criterion, duration, and endpoint more completely.
The 2,300 years run from the 281/280 BC boundary to 2020.The vision begins in the Greek field and reaches the time of the end.Corupedium and the Alexandrian transition; no-year-zero calculation; global crisis beginning in 2020.Completed calculated period with an authorially identified endpoint.Falsified if the starting boundary or arithmetic fails, or if the 2020 event cannot correspond to the power and conflict described.
The seventy weeks run consecutively from 457 BC to AD 34.Seventy weeks are decreed upon Daniel’s people and city; no textual gap is stated.Ezra’s decree; AD 27 anointing; AD 31 cutting off; Cornelius at the endpoint.Fulfilled authorial chronology.Weakened if another starting decree and consecutive chronology fit the complete sequence more precisely, or if Cornelius fails the covenantal subject of the endpoint.
The Seventh Trumpet began publicly in 2020 and sounded through the emergency phase ending in 2023.Revelation announces a terminal public proclamation before the little scroll and the completed mystery.Worldwide public crisis beginning in 2020; emergency phase ending in 2023; unsealing in 2024.Authorial historical-prophetic identification.Weakened if the sequence cannot be maintained without changing the meaning of the Trumpet or the little scroll.
2027 is the principal derived public horizon for the fall of Babylon Economic.Revelation announces the fall but does not state the year 2027.Seven-year correspondence counted from the public beginning in 2020.Future public chronological inference.Fails if the end of 2027 passes without the identifiable, rapid, systemic, globally consequential fall already defined, materially connected with London and the City-based order.
2031 is the second derived personal-prophetic horizon.The little-scroll pattern supplies correspondence, not an explicit date.Seven years from the author’s 2024 experience and public unsealing.Future personal-prophetic inference.Fails if the proposed wider transition is not historically recognisable by 2031. It cannot be used automatically to rescue a failed 2027 inference.

What I Am—and Am Not—Claiming

I do not claim that the years 2027 or 2031 were communicated to me through a secret revelation unavailable to others. The prophetic texts, historical events, chronological boundaries, and proposed correspondences are open to examination.

The fall of Babylon is announced by Revelation. The dates are not. I identify 2027 and 2031 as the only two horizons I can presently harmonise with the evidence available to me: 2027 as the principal public inference counted from 2020, and 2031 as the personal-prophetic inference counted from 2024.

I state these conclusions because I believe the evidence should be placed on record before the events. I publish them as testimony, not as a demand for allegiance. A reader may reject the deductions without being required to reject the prophecy itself.

If the public event defined for 2027 does not occur, the 2020–2027 inference is wrong. That failure would not prove that Revelation’s announcement of Babylon’s fall is false. It would prove that my deduction of its time was false. The year 2031 cannot then be moved into place as an automatic replacement for the same claim.

If the proposed correspondence attached to 2031 does not occur, the application of the little-scroll pattern to the 2024 experience is wrong and must be corrected.

The Scroll Pattern as a Derived Correspondence

SettingScroll eventPublic testingLater fallStatus
EzekielEzekiel eats the scroll around 593 BC.In the same period Jeremiah publicly confronts Hananiah in the Temple concerning true and false prophecy, Babylon, and Jerusalem.Jerusalem and the Temple fall in 587/586 BC.Documentable interval of approximately six to seven years.
JohnJohn eats the little scroll in Revelation 10.In my early-date reconstruction, Revelation 11 measures the Temple near the completion of its long building program.Jerusalem and the Temple fall in AD 70.Historically plausible seven-year correspondence if Revelation is placed around AD 63; the dating remains reconstructed.
2024I understand my experience through the image of eating the little scroll.The public Trumpet event had begun in 2020, and the reconstruction became public in 2024.The inferred personal horizon reaches 2031.Personal-prophetic correspondence awaiting historical judgment.

This correspondence explains where the 2031 expectation comes from. It does not turn a deduced interval into a period explicitly written in Revelation, and it does not give the personal experience the same public evidentiary status as the events of 2020.

Fulfilment Would Not Make Me Infallible

Fulfilment would confirm the fulfilled claim. It would not confer infallibility upon the interpreter.

If one or both deductions are confirmed, that would not make me superior to other people, exempt my later conclusions from examination, or convert every interpretation I offer into Revelation. It would mean only that the corresponding argument was correctly understood.

The same rule operates in the opposite direction. Failure requires correction of the failed inference without rewriting the prophecy to protect the interpreter.

Part VII — Consolidated Conclusions

457 BC–AD 34: the seventy consecutive weeks measure Israel’s final exclusive covenantal period.

AD 27: Jesus is anointed as God’s human Melek.

AD 31: the Anointed One is cut off by the religious and political institution.

AD 34: God publicly gives the Spirit to uncircumcised Gentiles.

281/280 BC–2020: Philosophy acts through the Greek Little Horn for 2,300 years.

AD 538–1798: the Papal Little Horn exercises its measured Roman religious domination.

1798: the broad time of the end begins.

2020–2023: the Seventh Trumpet sounds publicly through the global crisis.

2024: Daniel is unsealed.

From 2024: the Sanctuary is being cleansed.

By the end of 2027: the principal derived public horizon for an identifiable fall of Babylon Economic remains open to confirmation or failure.

AD 2031: the second, personal-prophetic derived horizon remains open to confirmation or failure and cannot automatically replace 2027.

The end of the days: God completes the judgment and Daniel stands.

Conclusion

Daniel’s chronology begins with a captive boy and ends beyond the death of every empire that claimed him.

Babylon takes Daniel’s homeland but does not control his understanding.

Medo-Persia replaces Babylon exactly as Revelation had announced.

Greece conquers through armies and then continues through Philosophy.

Rome converts imperial power into a religious office that claims authority over conscience.

Autonomous and syncretic Philosophy divide the world between open independence from Revelation and religious interpretation governed by Episteme.

The measured periods do not say that history is automatic. They say that no human authority is permanent.

The seventy weeks reach the Anointed One and the end of national exclusivity.

The 1,260 years reach the end of Papal temporal domination.

The 2,300 years reach the public crisis of 2020.

The book is understood in 2024, and the work of restoration begins.

The remaining future claims are not protected by mystery. The fall of Babylon is announced by the prophecy; the years 2027 and 2031 are my deductions and must be judged as deductions.

These conclusions are published as testimony, not as a demand for allegiance. If confirmed, they confirm the corresponding interpretation and nothing more. If contradicted, the inference must be corrected without altering the prophetic text to protect the interpreter.

At the end, the book does not promise that Daniel’s empire will return, that his nation will control the world, or that one human institution will finally rule correctly. It promises that Daniel himself will stand.

Every empire becomes history.

Every Philosophy reaches its limit.

Every human verdict is reopened.

God gives the final verdict.
