After Daniel’s time, humanity underwent a massive reinterpretation of revelation. Greek philosophy claimed to be the true source of truth, substituting itself for divine authority. The Septuagint, constructed and shaped in the intellectual world of Hellenistic Alexandria, became the decisive channel through which Philosophy entered the received form of Jewish Revelation and later influenced the major religions that emerged from it.
During these 2300 years the entire world accepted philosophy as the ultimate standard of truth. The pandemic was the global examination. For the first time in the modern era, the entire planet experienced in real time what it means to live without a shared source of truth. Neither science, nor politics, nor organised religion could offer a common, credible criterion. The result was worldwide confusion: every voice claiming its own “truth,” every authority pushing its own version.
This collective experience made the epistemic emptiness of a philosophy-centred world visible to all. Science was relativised, religion discredited, philosophy exposed as nothing more than a collection of opinions. Every “horn” of human thought proved incapable of delivering truth.
4. The End of God’s Silence
The year 2020 marked the end of the 2300-year period and the point at which the system had reached its historical saturation. But the end of the prophetic period was not the same thing as the immediate restoration of truth. The actual unsealing began afterward, as the mechanism described in Daniel 8 started to become visible and, from 2024 onward, the recovery and cleansing of Revelation entered its decisive phase.
Not as an arbitrary act, but as a pedagogical one. Only after man has seen with his own eyes where the replacement of revelation with philosophy leads can he truly understand the prophecy. The unsealing is not merely information about the past; it is the explanation of the present: why the world is the way it is, why religion is mixed with philosophy, why truth seems lost.
