Decoding Daniel — 2026 Edition is not simply a new interpretation of the Book of Daniel. It is a re-examination of the book itself—its historical setting, prophetic structure, and the text through which Daniel has reached the modern reader.
What began as a revision of the earlier edition became a much deeper reconstruction. Using textual comparison, historical evidence, chronology, and the MEKORAH method, the book distinguishes the Revelation preserved in Daniel from later processes of transmission, translation, arrangement, and interpretation.
The investigation follows Daniel from Babylon to the time of the end: the kingdoms of Daniel 2 and 7, the two distinct Little Horn powers of Daniel 7 and Daniel 8, the seventy weeks, the 2,300 years, the King of the North, the resurrection, and the final unsealing of the book. Particular attention is given to the identification of Philosophy as the Greek Little Horn of Daniel 8 and to the way that discovery changes the relationship between Daniel, Revelation, and the received scriptural text.
The 2026 Edition does not ask every conclusion to be accepted with the same degree of certainty. It separates what the text states, what history can establish, what represents interpretation, and what remains a proposed textual reconstruction. The reader is invited to examine the evidence and judge the conclusions.
